Last nights house warming party was a lot of fun and the punch should really have been called ‘kick’ due to it’s strength! Mind you me opting for a half pint glass instead of the small and impractical cocktail glasses probably didn’t help. I had actually carried a case of cider to the party, which given the hill they live on was no small feat. It went untouched however due me deciding that getting punch drunk was the way forward.
One consequence of this though was when someone comment on the view out over the valleys at night I decided to get a better vantage point and went upstairs to look out of a window. I then decided that the window was in the way and I climbed through it onto the roof of the extension on the back of the house in the pursuit of photos. So to make up for not putting up a photo yesterday here is one of the photos I took from the roof before I was spotted and told to get down.
