Thanks to data entry at work I haven’t spoken to a caller at work in almost 6 days - This is a good thing.
I have just spent the last four hours correcting someone else’s records after some numpty screwed things up and as well as correcting stupid mistakes I have also had to put capitals at the beginning of each word manually, as the software I was using didn’t have a way to do it automatically - This isn’t so good.
