My father has often accused me of going around with my eyes closed and my defence has always been that because I am long-sighted, short-shorted and have astigmatism even with my eyes open I can’t see that much.
I am coming to believe that he may have a point however, as walking home from work today I noticed the view pictured above. You might notice that the building looks like it is in the process of being demolished. Now this may have happened overnight, but even if it did that just means I walked past it this morning without noticing it - Obviously this is not as bad as walking past it several times before noticing it, but even so something as large as a building should really be noticed the first time around.
